To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShipToCX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ShipToCX and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
10. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. Data may be deleted according to our retention policies.
